About Greenscape Projects
Greenscape Projects is a concrete repair business in Lake Elsinore, CA, and concrete is the whole of what we do.
Our work is the concrete around a home or a business: the driveway with a crack running across it, the walk that dropped at a joint, the patio that has gone flaky and pitted, the slab that is past saving. The trade calls that ground-level work "flatwork", and repairing it covers crack repair, resurfacing, slab leveling, joint repair and structural restoration.
When you call, we come out and look at the slab before we price anything. If a repair will hold, we say so. If it will not, we tell you that as plainly and quote the replacement instead.
What we do
The concrete work we do
We repair, level, resurface and replace concrete, and we pour new driveways, patios, slabs and stamped concrete for homes and businesses.
The work we do, one item per line:
- Crack repair
Cracks and holes cleaned out and filled, and the flaking the trade calls "spalling" repaired before it spreads.
- Leveling
Sunken slabs lifted back to level from underneath, by "slabjacking" with slurry or "polyjacking" with foam.
- Resurfacing
A bonded "overlay", a thin new top layer, over concrete that is sound underneath but worn on top.
- Replacement
When the damage runs across the whole slab, the broken pieces come out and the ground under them is checked before anything goes back down.
- Stamped concrete
A stone or tile pattern pressed into fresh concrete, and a faded pattern brought back by washing it, letting it dry and rolling on new sealer.
- New driveways, patios and slabs
Fresh pours on a compacted base, for the driveway, patio or pad that was never there.

Where we work
We are based in Lake Elsinore and work the towns around it, among them Lakeland Village, Wildomar, Canyon Lake, Menifee, Murrieta and Perris.
A job farther out is a question for the call, and we will tell you straight whether we can take it.
We answer Monday through Saturday. Calls outside those hours go to voicemail and we return them the next working morning.
